Return Policy
At imprime.in, we make each piece with love and care. Our products are handmade in smaller batches and hence slight variations in color, pattern, and repeat irregularities are normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these reasons. But if you do not find our product as per your expectation you can exchange it for something else from our collection.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at [contact email] within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund or exchange it for some other product from our website.
Goods should be unused and in original condition with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns for gift cards, final sale items, and items purchased through third-party retailers.
To initiate a refund/exchange, please email us at imprime.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
CANCELLATION:
Please mail us at imprime.in@gmail.com for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they have not been dispatched. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Cancellations are not applicable on sale items.
CHANGES IN ORDER INFORMATION:
If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please write to us at imprime.in@gmail.com to rectify the issue. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been shipped.
